The crew of the motorcycles will be transported from the beach to the area where they have to navigate. They must strictly follow the instructions of the monitor.

CONDICIONES

-El usuario se compromete a leer y seguir las normas de navegación y seguridad detalladas

-El usuario que infringiese cualquiera de las normas de seguridad y navegación arriba detalladas se le retirará la moto, sin derecho a reclamación o indemnización alguna.

-Esta actividad queda cubierta con una póliza de seguro de Responsabilidad Civil y accidentes.

-El usuario reconoce que recibe la embarcación en perfectas condiciones y se compromete a conservarlo en buen estado y a pilotarlo según las normas de navegación.

-El usuario libera de toda responsabilidad a la empresa o persona física de los daños físicos que pudieran ser causados por el uso indebido de los servicios que le sean proporcionados por esta empresa.

ACCIDENTES Y REPARACIONES

En caso de accidente o rotura por negligencias del usuario, este deberá abonar los desperfectos causados en las motos, de acuerdo con la tarifa de precios actual y a cumplimentar la declaración del accidente con sus datos personales.
